Do I need a referral?
No GP referral is needed to make an enquiry. Some concerns may require medical or podiatry input before routine treatment can safely go ahead.
Can I arrange care for a relative?
Yes. Give your own contact details initially and let us know you are enquiring for someone else. The person receiving care should be involved wherever possible, and valid consent is needed before treatment.
What if I have diabetes or circulation concerns?
Please tell Victoria when discussing suitability, before treatment is arranged. Do not assume a routine appointment is appropriate for a new or urgent problem; seek medical advice when needed.
Will every treatment be suitable for me?
No. Suitability depends on your feet, health and circumstances. Victoria may adapt the plan or advise you to see a GP, podiatrist or another appropriate professional.
How often will I need a visit?
That depends on your individual needs. Any follow-up interval will be discussed with you rather than automatically assumed.
What if I need to change the appointment?
Please call or text as soon as possible. Refer to the booking terms supplied with your confirmed appointment for any applicable cancellation arrangements.
